Dr. Laura Hill, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor who takes a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to supporting whole-person health. She completed her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and creates personalized treatment plans that integrate botanical medicine, acupuncture, and nutrition—always tailored to your goals, values, and daily life.
With a background as a birth doula, Dr. Laura has developed a deep appreciation for the diverse ways people move through major life transitions. She offers particular support in areas such as hormonal health, stress and burnout, digestion, perimenopause, fertility, and the perinatal period—helping you navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence. This perspective informs her calm, compassionate approach and her focus on creating a supportive space where you feel understood, informed, and actively involved in your care.
Dr. Laura also has additional training in facial rejuvenation acupuncture, supporting skin health and overall vitality as part of a holistic approach to wellness.
She values collaboration—both within the therapeutic relationship and alongside other healthcare practitioners—and works to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care. Her calm, grounded presence and ability to bridge holistic medicine with modern clinical insight help patients move toward greater balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.
Outside of practice, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time in nature and engaging in creative pursuits that support curiosity, connection, and personal growth.
Dr. Justine Rodrigues is a chiropractor with a foundation in sport and exercise science, sports medicine rehabilitation, and athletic therapy. As a former national-level athlete, she understands firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and brings that perspective into every aspect of her care. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Her practice is intentionally different from the traditional chiropractic experience. Dr. Rodrigues has developed a high-level, hands-on treatment style that prioritizes the whole person, not just symptoms. Each visit integrates manual therapy, soft tissue work, joint mobilization or manipulation, rehabilitation exercise, and health coaching, with longer appointment times that allow for thoughtful, unrushed care.
She has a special focus on women’s health across all stages of life, shaped by both advanced training and her own experience as a mother navigating the physical and mental demands of major life transitions. While women’s health is a core passion, Dr. Rodrigues also enjoys working with active individuals, athletes, and members of the general population seeking a more complete, personalized approach to care.
